What is Carsnip? 

Carsnip is the UKs largest used car search engine. We list over half a million dealer-sold used cars at any one time. 

Does it cost anything? 

Absolutely not. We wanted to build a platform which gives you free and unrestricted access to the most stock choice, making it easier for you to find your perfect car. 

Do you sell cars? 

We don't sell the cars ourself. We list the cars avaialbel to buy form all UK car dealers. Once you've found the car you want, just click the advert and you will be redirected to the dealers website who is selling the car. 

How do I leave a review for Carsnip?

I'm looking for a used car, how do I set up a Car Alert? 

Setting up a Car Alert is a great idea if you are in the process of searching for your perfect car. Once you've set your search criteria, you can save it. Then, every time new cars are added that meet your criteria, well email you. Read here for more information. 

Ive had a bad experience with a dealer. What can I do? 

We're sorry to hear you've had a bad experience. Please email any feedback or comments to contact@carsnip.com with any relevant details so we can look into it for you. 

One of your adverts doesn't look right, what can I do?

As we list all the dealer stock in the UK, we rely heavily on technology and automation. All of our adverts are processed at least once every 12 hours to ensure that the stock is most up to date. But as we all know, sometimes things can slip through the cracks. If you every come across a car which is sold, a page which displays a error page, or a price which doesn't seem right, please let us know by contacting us here. 

Its really important you include as much information as possible, include the URL or link which is broken so that we can effectively fix any issue and get back to your with confirmation and our thanks!
